Behavioral reports

Learn your most strongly expressed workplace drives, along with your preferred work style, strengths, and potential caution areas. Equip your manager with leadership tips they can leverage to optimize your work experience.

Relationship insights

Overlay your behavioral data with a co-worker’s to reveal your similarities and differences. Discover your shared relationship strengths, potential caution areas, and tips to improve interactions with one another.

Self-development guides

Compare your actual self to how you perceive the demands of your environment (self-concept). Get recommended conversation points to stretch your behaviors and shorten the gaps between your profile and the role.

The science behind employee engagement with PI

PI Diagnose allows you to examine employees’ experiences, gauging sentiment toward their jobs, managers, teams, and the organization at large. The PI Science team has worked tirelessly on new ways to illuminate these insights, including through:

Employee Engagement Surveys

See scores for all areas of the employee experience, including target and caution areas – those farthest below an external benchmark and most likely to move the needle. You can use action plans and short-form pulse surveys, administered at regular intervals, to track improvement.

Organization- and team-level reporting

Capture insights for your entire organization, or view team-level reports and scores for all teams of at least five. Sometimes, what appears to be an issue for the overall organization may not be a big problem for certain teams. Team-level insights allow specific teams to identify their unique caution areas.

Benchmarking and impact on engagement

Gain context through team reports, which compare team scores to the organization’s scores. Analyze “Impact on Engagement” – a metric that informs how strongly correlated each question is with overall engagement.

The science behind team dynamics with PI

PI Design allows teams to leverage their behavioral insights as a collective. Our scientists worked to develop a way in which teams can plot their behavioral patterns on a Team Map. Managers and teams can use Design to provide an overview of the entire team’s behavioral makeup. You can observe how differences in team members’ behavioral patterns may manifest with:

Team Discovery

Understand every team’s unique behavioral makeup, or Team Type. Visualize your team’s dynamics—including preferred work style, strengths, and potential caution areas—and use the information to encourage collaboration and self-awareness.

Team and strategy view

Walk through your current team goals and reveal your Strategy Type. Overlay your Team Type and Strategy Type on the Team Map to see where you’re equipped to execute the strategy, and where there are behavioral gaps.

Team development goals

Gauge strategic readiness with a dedicated Team Score, which you improve by building self-awareness as a team. Stay accountable to your goals with our in-app action planner, play to their strengths, and achieve your collective goals.
